How to configure almost free advertising for the users of Habra using the pixel retargeting, and how to fix this feature

the User Mugik left an angry comment to my yesterday's article about setting up an advertising office in the VC. They say, like I'm an expert, just know how to only configure an advertising campaign in the VC.

I pondered, and decided to make a definite change in the article to combine business with pleasure: to calm the man, but at the same time to acquaint you with the possibilities of retargeting pixel, for example, the collection of audience that reads a particular entry on habré.

So, after the comment above a specified username, I added a pixel in the bottom (already removed, if that). Thus, the retargeting only people who have come under the cat.

Technically, it is now possible to configure these users advertising, with questions like: is Also sitting on habré? Also read this article on habré? and so and so. As a rule (especially when working with small local forums), many people are curious as to how they are calculated, and they happily clicked on this kind of advertising.

I just wanted to show some skeptical users that even in advertising, there are many non-standard (at times, not quite white, but still interesting) methods.
