They couldn't care less what you in the beginning that you don't have the resources to make their lives a fairy tale and that they need to be pressed down in expenses for some period of time. There is the concept of "avoidance of uncertainty" and, it turns out, most people are committed this uncertainty be avoided.
Working in a startup, the team is faced with the fact that these uncertainties at every step. Referring specifically to our project as well. We bring to the market a new product no one had ever done before, and therefore understand the value of the product to consumers difficult. 4. Communication outside of work and at work we try to make the most open. For example, when I rented an office, doing repairs yourself. We could hire people and our losses would be minimal, given the overall cost and length of time of repair of our efforts. We did everything ourselves, except for specialized works with electricity and computer network.

This process takes longer than the company with the name, but to take all in a row is detrimental to you. Now I can say that we have almost completed our staff. People are interesting and talented, for me it's always nice to celebrate. To work with such people interesting, but also difficult, because everyone has their own opinion on every issue and compromise is not easy. Say that almost filled the state, because the appetite comes during the game, ie I want more and more, and the volume of work only increases. I would like to note that we try a balanced approach to new challenges, so periodically conduct tests to determine their performance, identify inefficiencies and solve them. Of course, there is no limit to perfection: we are constantly working on it, and understand that we have a lot in store, but we purposefully fight against it. I advise everyone to pay attention to productivity and to do periodic monitoring, in addition to our practice, well-proven practice of internal training when the performance leaders pull Laggards.
Time is the most valuable factor in our work, despite the fact that our service has no direct competitors, it is still the customers want and ask for development, rapid development, new services, new interiors, new partners and so on. We want to provide customers with full service to you from the comfort of home, pressing one button to move the picture in your house. We learn to appreciate the time, for example, a clear time-eater are all kinds of meetings. Introduction simple and for a long time spread rules in books on management allow this time to explicitly save.
